We will gladly make an exchange, credit, or refund on any item purchased directly from goluncharound.com for a period of 15 days from the original delivery date. All returns must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date.

Product Condition
All returned products must be returned in original, new and unused condition
including all parts, accessories and manuals. Used, washed or
customer-damaged products can not be returned. At our sole discretion,
partial credit may be given as a result of damage caused by you.
Credits, Refunds and Exchanges
Credits and refunds will be processed for the full value of your original
order within (3) business days. If you meet all the requirements of our
return policy, we will refund the product purchase price, minus transaction
processing fees and any applicable deductions, to the credit/debit card
account used for the original transaction. Exchanges will be processed
within (3) business days or pending availability of stock.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Goods Damaged in Shipping
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our
customer service.
