Shipping and Delivery
At this time, we ship products to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Some items require a signature for delivery.

Delivery Times
Delivery time is dependent on the carrier (such as UPS or USPS) and method of shipment (such as Ground, Next Day) selected. Additionally, delivery time will vary depending on the day of your order. For instance, shipping carriers do not operate on Sundays. You may experience shipping delays for:

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and rural areas
Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering

Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the website at checkout based on the total weight of the order. The waste-free tiffin lunchboxes are 100% stainless steel and inherently heavy. Your shipping charges are equal to the cost we incur, we do not mark up shipping. We do not charge handling fees.
